Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the artwork is damaged in transit, with proof of damage, I will either offer you a CREDIT on Kellyschaubart.com or offer you a discount should you wish to keep the artwork. You must notify me within 24 hours of receiving the artwork at: kelly@kellyschaubart.com. I will be able to offer credit once the artwork has been returned to me. Please reach out to me right away to report the damage. Thank you!
Refunds
All original and print sales are final and we do not accept returns. KellySchaubArt.com is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
